Tuition and Fees

Tuition is calculated based on an annual rate that is divided into equal installment payments, and is withdrawn from your checking account or debit/credit card (all cards are accepted and subject to a 3% processing fee) via an “Automated Payment System”. If you choose not to use the APS system, a $20 service fee will be applied to each payment. Tuition installments and applicable fees are due the 1st of each month. Your statement will be emailed to the address listed in your parent portal 7 days prior to the due date. If your “APS” payment info needs to be updated at any time during the year, it is your responsibility to provide that information prior to the next billing date. A $30 fee will be applied automatically if your “APS” payment method does not go through for any reason. There is a 7 day grace period for tuition/fees after the 1st. Dancers may not participate in classes if balance is owing thereafter.

Withdrawal from Classes:

Should you desire to withdraw from classes, written notification is required thirty days in advance. You are responsible for tuition payments until adequate notice of withdrawal is received. Such notification may be brought into the studio or e-mailed to: dancetkpc@gmail.com.

FEES:

Registration Fee:

To make it easier on our DTS families, we have reduced our registration requirements this year! Upon registration, we require the following:

  • Registration Fee of $40 per student ($50 per family)  
  • 1st tuition installment payment 
  • Class assigned clothing/shoe requirement fees 
  • Completed “APS” form (online) 

These fees are all non-refundable.

Spring Concert Fee:

Each dancer at Dance Tech will perform in our professional end-of-year Concert at the Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. Concert Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, May 5th, 2018, 11-4 pm. 23rd Annual DTS Spring Concert: Saturday, May 5th, 2018, 6:30 pm-Eccles Center for the Performing Arts. To help offset the production costs and rental fees of the Eccles Center, a Concert fee of $70/family is collected on October 1st (or upon registration if after this date). This fee is nonrefundable. NEW this year! Each family will receive a FREE video of the Concert (a $35 value) in lieu of complimentary tickets. This video will be given in the form of an HD link with unlimited downloads. 

Concert Costume Fee:

Concert Costume fees are collected at registration and are non-refundable. Dancers in our company program will have their concert costumes charged via APS in February 2018. Concert Costumes are $70/class.  Some advanced level classes will not be performing a concert piece, therefore, will not be charged a Concert costume fee. 

Class Uniform Fee:
