REGISTRATION FEE
A registration Fee of $30 per student ($20/each additional student in a family) will be charged at registration.
A non-refundable recital fee of $70/family is charged at registration to help offset the production costs and rental fees of the theatre.
Each dancer will receive 2 complimentary tickets. There will be an admission fee for the concert performance.
CONCERT COSTUMES
We will be holding our Studio Picture Day on Wed and Thur, May 23 & 24, 2012. ALL DTS dancers are required to attend. Professional costumed dance portraits may be ordered by class and for individuals. Purchase of photos is not required; ATTENDANCE IS!
TUITION Tuition is due monthly.
1st and Last Month’s tuition will be due at registration (in addition to the recital participation fee and class assigned clothing/shoe requirement fees). A completed and signed registration must be submitted in order for the student to begin classes.
CLASS DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount is applied for 2 classes/week/student. A 15% discount is applied for 3 classes/week/student. Company classes are not included.
UNLIMITED CLASS PROGRAM: $270/month
A $25 fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.
Tuition is collected via an "Automated Payment System" (APS) using checking or VISA/MC only (credit card payments: add 3% to total). If you choose not to use the APS system, a $20 service fee will be applied to each payment. Accounts may not go past due (30 days). Late fees will be applied. Tuition is calculated based on an annual rate and divided into equal monthly payments over 10 months regardless of registration date; hence, there is no pro-rating for shorter months. Please refer to the STUDIO CALENDAR for holidays and closures.
Withdrawal From Classes: Written notification is required for withdrawal from classes. You are responsible for tuition payments until notification of withdrawal is received (thirty days in advance). There are no refunds on "company" fees if the dancer withdraws. Such notification may be brought into the studio or mailed to: Dance Tech Studios, 786 Division Street, Park City, UT 84098
CLASS TUITION:
***"Children’s Intro To Dance" & "Children’s Combo" classes require studio assigned leotard & tights, ballet and tap shoes; hair must be secured in a bun.
Children's Intro To Dance: Class Uniform - $45 Children's Combo: Class Uniform - $45 Ballet Shoes - $25 Tap Shoes - $20
***ALL ballet classes require studio assigned leotard & tights (Cost $60) and ballet shoes (Cost $25). Hair must be secured in a bun.
***ALL jazz classes require studio assigned hot shorts, DTS top and black, split sole jazz shoes (no Dansneakers). Hair must be pulled back.
DTS Top/Hot Shorts combo: $60
***Contemporary classes require studio assigned hot shorts, DTS top and foot thongs (or barefoot). Hair must be pulled back.
***ALL hip hop classes require studio sweat pants. Tie up tennis shoes of choice must be worn.
DTS sweatpants: $35
***Tap classes require studio assigned hot shorts, DTS top and back, split sole oxford tap shoes (available for purchase - $20). Hair must be pulled back.
** Tuition for TUMBLING FOR DANCE classes is included in UNLIMITED TUITION.
***DANCE DRESS/HAIR CODES FOR EACH CLASS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
***All uniform clothing and shoes are available for purchase (with the exception of pointe shoes) at Dance Tech Studios.
